Antirecessionary management of public finance: strategy and effective solutions

The current state, trends and problems of crisis management of public finances are analyzed. The international experience of the formation mechanisms of anticipatory responses to the threats and risks in public finance are discussed. Directions of implementation of financial soundness indicators in monitoring practices of the financial system and crisis management of public finances are defined.
