Public expenditure to implement budget strategy of socio-economic development of Ukraine

Modern approaches to define the role of government expenditures to implement budget policy strategy oriented at stable economic growth and effective social development of the country are examined. Recommendations to improve budget strategy of Ukraine in the context of destructive influence of the public finance crisis are offered.
