Postindustrial corporate globalization and hyperfinancialisation of economic reproduction processes

At the beginning of the XXI century development of reproduction processes occurs against the backdrop of the global financial and economic crisis, which obtains systemic, structural and hybrid character and develops not primarily in the production sector, but mainly in the financial and banking sector under the new conditions of post-industrial global capitalism. The specifics of the global systemic crisis is not only in its transformation from a crisis of overproduction to the crisis of the overconsumption of resources, but mainly in the crisis of overproduction and overconsumption of artificial, virtual capital speculative fictitious character. The article from a scientific point of global political economy and globalization and economic challenges of globalization considers extremely actual reproductive processes in the post-industrial world system of globalism and hyperfinancialisation of the world economy. Forward-looking assumptions and applied recommendations are formulated concerning strengthening the control over processes of financial globalization and its socio-economic impact under the emerging world system of globalism. It is stressed out the need for restructuring the entire global financial system, which excludes hyper reproduction and overconsumption of fictitious money.
