Structural transformation of the global capital and hiperfinancialization of reproduction processes

The article is devoted to the problems of genesis, formation, reproduction and the system-structural transformation of the global capital. Particular attention is drowning to the financial capital evolution and metamorphosis and to the problems of financialization and overfinancialization of economic development and of the processes of global financial reproduction. This research also reveals the nature and the objective laws of the world-system globalism, laws of the global reproduction of capital, tendencies of its transformation into the global financial capital. Socio-economic consequences of the accelerated and extended self-reproduction of global fictitious capital are also discussed. Virtualization, shadowing and offshorisation of Global Financial Capital are the real threats of catastrophic consequences.
