Risks to the public finance in Ukraine and the ways of their minimization

The article dwells upon the factors that increase the risks to public finance in Ukraine. The recommendations on assurance of government revenue reliability, improvement of government spending structure, creating institutional conditions to improve the efficiency of budgetary decisions and reduction of public finance risks are contained.
