Sources for business and social sphere technologization in the context of epidemiological risks


The actualization of attracting financial resources to overcome difficulties of business and social sphere by their technologization within the increasing epidemiological risks timeframe and the quarantine measures is considered in the article. The essential characteristics of modern sources for financial support of social and economic development and technological progress are estimated. Main aspects of grant financing, essential characteristics of crowdfunding, specifics of investing in new technologies and features of bootstrapping are substantiated. The key parameters of grant financing are determined and the upward tendencies of grants share in incomes at the global market are investigated. Examples of targeted grant initiatives in the context of Covid-19, which are aimed at enhancing the level of technology of business and social sphere, are given. The process of attracting investments in the Internet network is summarized and examples of crowdfunding platforms specializing in technology are shown. An assessment of investors’ resources potential and the potential of bootstrapping is made. Conclusions are made regarding the advantages, disadvantages and peculiarities of establishing modern sources of the technology of business and social sphere financing under the conditions of epidemiological risks.
