State external resources management: polish experience

Current state of management of external resources of the EU and other international organizations in Ukraine as well as Polish similar experience in order to accelerate economic reform and integration into the EU is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms and approaches to the management of external resources as a key factor in financial support of reforms.
